Returns

Your Laurence Kenyon product may be returned, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

The 30 day period only applies to items purchased directly from laurencekenyon.com. Items must be in new and unused condition. Please contact customer service at info@laurencekenyon.com if you have any questions.

Please note that any expedited shipping costs are not refundable. Exchanges will be shipped free of charge.

All leathers, including North American Alligator, are natural materials. You can expect some natural and unique characteristics such as creases and variation in color. These are not manufacturing defects but an assurance that your product is genuine.

All of our buckles are hand cast and then tumbled in a drum with steel shot. Our Sterling Silver buckles are then individually polished. In the case of our bronze buckles, the tumbled product is considered finished. It’s not shiny, it’s not polished and it’s not perfect. And it’s not supposed to be. The Matte Tumbled Bronze buckles look vintage when new. We think it’s really cool and I think you will too.
